Exchange and Return Policy
According to the Consumer Protection Law: customers can request the total or partial return of the goods within 7 days after delivery. If the customer receives a defective product, he may request a return within 30 days after receipt of the goods for non-durable products and within 90 days for durable products, provided that the product is in its original packaging and does not show signs of wear and use!
If some of the products you ordered are not in stock, you can contact our customer service to change. At the same time, if you don't want to change it, you can cancel the order.

Note: Products that have been personalized (name, number or sponsorship) cannot be exchanged or cancelled. If your custom item is defective in the product or customization, please contact our customer service and customer service team to deal with it.

Product defect replacement:
If you find that the product has quality problems after receiving our product (guarantee that the product is unused), please contact our customer service team for return and exchange processing.
Refund method:

We are sorry that your order was unsuccessful. We want you to love our products, but understand if you have different preferences.

If you are not satisfied with the products you received, our support team is here to help you with the items. Please contact us for further assistance.

1. You have 7 days to decide whether the items are suitable for you after you receive them.

2. You may return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged item in its original packaging, including your order number. If you return for a refund successfully, our account department will arrange a refund for you after receiving the returned items.

3. Orders must be returned at the expense of the customer.

4. Please send us the package with your order number and your login account, we will be very grateful if you can write down the reason for the return.

5. After we receive your return package information and tracking number, we will refund your money to your account within 7 business days.

6. Please understand that we do not accept gift returns.
