Shipping pictures:
We will upload photos of your order to the website prior to delivery. You can log in to the "My Order" website to view delivery photos.
If your order has any issues with delivery, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for processing. Once your shipment has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to process it.
Shipping tracking:
You can log in your account to track the shipment of the order, and you can also use other third-party platforms to track, such as: https://www.17track.net/, the shipping time is usually 4-7 days, by please be patient.
Note: If your package is in the post office for a long time, please contact your local post office to pick it up.
